Sustainability/ Safety
Why do we use palm leaf dishes?
Palm plates are completely sanitary, all-natural, and have zero chemicals or toxins added. In todays world you don’t want to take the risk of spreading germs, or viruses. When you’re finished, they can be disposed of guilt-free, and will degrade naturally.
Why do we use plastic glasses?
Plastic reduces the concerns of germs and viruses and eliminates the chemical washing residue. At the same time it eliminates the risk of broken glass both on our granite bar top and along the riverbanks.
Copperhill History
Copperhill Tennessee is located in the southeast corner of the state. It gets its name from the copper deposits found in the copper basin in 1843. After the discovery of copper ore the rush was on. More than 30 mining operations would spring up over the next few years.
